Submission
Guidelines and Format
Workshop
attendees may submit one or more posters;
however, only one poster may be submitted as an
individual and one as part of a team.
There is no additional charge for
submitting a poster.
The Poster Committee will make every
attempt to accommodate as many posters as
possible; however, we reserve the right to limit
the number of posters displayed as the available
space is filled.
To submit a poster or map, follow the
link below and simply specify a category, supply
a title, and provide a short description.
A picture is worth a thousand words, so
keep your title succinct!
Provisions for display of posters will include a
poster board hung from the
Civic
Center
’s
standard hanging curtain backdrop. The mounting
boards provided will be 48” x 60,” and may
be hung in portrait or landscape orientation.
Please specify the correct orientation when
submitting the entry. Posters will need to be
affixed directly to the poster board by the
submitters prior to the start of the conference.
Pins will be available to attach posters
to the mounting board. Please construct your
posters with this in mind.
Poster
participants are also encouraged to bring copies
of supplemental materials such as handouts where
appropriate for Workshop participants to take.
Please note that while
October
22, 2004
is
the final deadline for submittal, earlier
submissions are encouraged so they may be
published in the Workshop program. Submissions
received after
August
13, 2004
may
be listed on a separate insert.
