Platinum, Gold, Silver and
Bronze
sponsorship opportunities. Platinum
Sponsorships are limited to the first 9 requesting companies submitting

Exhibit Space Selection:
Included in the Sponsor / Exhibitor packet is an example layout
of the workshop exhibitor area. Visual exposure
will vary from booth to booth.
Some booths will be considered prime locations and will be more
highly desired. Booth
selection will begin on
September
13, 2004
. Payments must be received
prior to that date to be included with your group selection.
Any company whose payment is received after that date will choose booth location
based on a first-paid, first served-basis.
