2004 Training Registration Payment Options

	Online Registration- To register individuals by submitting payment via a credit card or to request invoicing for a Purchase Order.
	Mail-in registration- To register individuals OR groups of individuals by submitting payment via Check, Money Order, or Credit Card.

Credit Cards:

1. Credit card information submitted via this website will be processed within 3-5 working days of arrival.
2. By submitting your credit card information, you agree to allow SHRUG, Inc. to process your credit card for the purposes of the 2004 SHRUG GIS WORKSHOP TRAINING without your authorization signature.

Purchase Orders:

Purchase Orders requests will only be accepted until October 15, 2004.  This is to provide sufficient time for invoicing and payment prior to the 2004 SHRUG GIS Workshop.  After October 15^th, only checks, MO, and credit card payments will be accepted.  

Cancellations

Cancellation of your 2004 Workshop Training Registration is subject to the REFUND CONDITIONS outlined below.  By submitting your credit card information electronically, you are agreeing to the terms outlined within and/or the possibility of a partial refund due to cancellation between the listed dates.  

Refund Conditions

• In order to receive a full refund for the cancellation of your 2004 SHRUG GIS Workshop Training registration, express written notification of the cancellation must be sent to our mailing address below, postmarked no later than October 27, 2004.  For payments received by credit card, a CREDIT will be made to the account number used for billing.  All other forms of payment will receive a check mailed to the Billing Name and Address listed on the registration form.

• All Cancellation requests postmarked after October 27, 2004 , but no later than November 10, 2004 , will receive 75% of the amount of the original registration fee.  The same refund methods listed above will still apply.
